“Demand exceeds the supply of qualified candidates in many fields but especially in audit, health and lifesciences as well as IT. As candidates are receiving multiple offers in these and other technical fields, employers must accelerate their recruitment processes, or risk losing out to competitors”, said Nicolai Mikkelsen, Executive Director, Michael Page.

The Lake Geneva region showed the highest growth rate with +8.7% (June-July 2019) and a +21.7% year-on-year growth (July 2018 – July 2019).
