Executive Director, Page Personnel and Michael Page Geneva & Lausanne
My career at PageGroup started in Lyon, France, in June 2004. I was hired to (re)launch the IT division, starting alone until January 2006 when I was promoted to Senior Consultant, managing two consultants. In October 2007, I was transferred to Michael Page Geneva and had the chance to build the IT division. That was a very special experience: the initially very profitable division was hit hard by the 2008–2009 crisis and was downsized from 5 people to me alone. In April 2010, I was promoted to Manager still in charge of our IT division and I launched the Michael Page Interim Management’s division. Beginning of 2012, after being promoted to Executive Manager 6 months prior, I took on the management of three additional divisions: Property & Construction, Procurement & Supply-Chain and Engineering. In July 2013, I was appointed Director at Page Personnel in Geneva and made member of the Swiss Executive Board. Two years later I was asked to manage our Lausanne’s office as well in order to boost Page Personnel’s presence in Vaud, Neuchatel and Fribourg. In 2018 I was promoted to Executive Director and ended managing both Michael Page and Page Personnel in Geneva with the objective of improving synergies at all level. In May 2019 I became Head of Page Personnel and Michael Page for the French speaking part of Switzerland.
