About Our Client
Our client is an international company.
You will support two Digital Directors with their admin duties (calendar - meeting and event organisation).
Purchase Order Management: Purchase orders creation, invoices/time sheets verification, good receipt completion, ensuring final financial closing, reporting up-to-date accruals ,vendor setting up when necessary, creating contingent contracts & follow-up with managers, filing and archiving contracts, ad-hoc report generation.
Act as the key contact for all administrative queries for the department head, managing expense reports, onboarding newcomers & following up on annual leaves, organizing team events and handling all queries related to contingent worker's financial & administrative topics.
Assist the Directors in optimizing daily schedule, organize department meetings & coordinate travel arrangements (when & if requested).
The Successful Applicant
SAP background is a must along with the ability to create Purchase Orders & manage good receipts in SAP.
Experience with MS Excel & report generation.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Well-organized, fast learner & able to work under pressure & short deadlines.
Proactive, flexible mindset & able to work in a dynamic work environment.
