For our client, and international Financial Services company with a very dynamic and international working environment, we are currently looking for an Office Manager 40-60% able to start immediately. You need to have excellent English skills, experience as Office Manager in Switzerland and a flexible personality.
Description du poste
- In charge of the whole office management A-Z
- Managing the reception and the post
- In charge of all administrative processes
- Handling suppliers, getting offers
- Liaising wit Global Infrastructure teams including facilities, IT/User support, HR
- Organizing on- and off-site meetings
- Processing invoices, expenses and credit card applications
- Supporting HR with local recruitments and on-boarding
- Organizing travel arrangements
- University Degree or similar
- 4-6 years of experience as Office Manager in an international company
- Fluent in English
- German is a big plus
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Very organized and strong attention to detail
- Adaptable, flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Calm under pressure
