About Our Client
Our client is an IT international company.
Recruit for multiple positions in numerous remote locations & countries, ensure positive candidate experience from sourcing to hire.
Actively mine for candidates via internet, internal/external databases, industry publications, cold calling, networking referrals, resume database, and other active and inactive candidate pools; proactively research and investigate new/creative sourcing ideas.
Track candidate pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
HRExperience in Switzerlandmandatory
Legal background a plus
3 to 5 years of experience ideally
Ambitious, high energy, team oriented with a no fail attitude.
Must be self-motivated and have a sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Organised; can track and measure activity; ensure candidates are moved through the process in a timely manner; and responsive follow up to both candidates and hiring managers.
A fluency in either French, Spanish, Italian or German would be considered a distinct advantage - but this is not essential.
