Description du poste
Responsible for the project's risk management, delivering to time, budget and quality.
Relationship management - taking personal responsibility for key stakeholders at a senior level on behalf of the projects; working closely with the operational sponsors / senior leadership to manage the relationships; co-ordinating the activities of the matrixed teams to mobilise the programme
Organizes, prepares, conducts, coordinates, facilitates and reports on all project management activities necessary to achieve the project's objectives
Maintains a detailed work plan, documenting and managing interdependencies and risks while ensuring that appropriate risk-mitigation measures are in place and regularly monitored
Develops and implements a strategy to accompany the changes brought on by the project, for instance through communication and training
Preparation of communication material, including Intranet page on employment dispute resolution
Selection and implementation of a case management system/process/tool for appeals
Change management plan and activities (including deliverables)
Location strategy, talent sourcing and recruitment of Secretariat staff
Drafting of role descriptions / Terms of Reference (ToR)
University degree - min Bachelor in Law - Business administration - economics
3-5 years of professional experience minimum including 2 in project management
Experience in the legal sector will be a strong asset
Project Management certification and training a must (Prosci a plus)
Be creative, solve problems and improve on standard delivery solutions on a given project
Identify future needs / opportunities for new service delivery and lead on analysis and design workshop
