Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Manager (Agenda - Travel and Meeting organisation)
Coordinate high level communication (Drafting and Documentation management)
Organize and coordinate workshops, meetings, conferences and tele-conferences
Assume responsibility for logistics arrangements for meetings
Provide administrative guidance on sourcing actions and sourcing rules and regulations
Support the preparation and drafting of related documentation for contracts
Support financial forecasting exercises across the different workstreams
Regular update of trackers and budget excel files to ensure that timely information is accessible to all team members with regards to the financial and programmatic progress
University Degree in public health, business, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional training or study/work experience.
Excellent excel skills.
English skills must be excellent.
