HR Auditor (Contractor)

About Our Client
Our client is an international organisation.
Conduct interviews with senior stakeholders, document review and perform other quantitative and qualitative analysis to review the efficiency and effectiveness of the department in accordance with the advisory program.
ThiswillincludereviewingHR structures, analyzing management costs and overheads and assessing performance frameworks and contracts :
- Prepare working papers and summaries of observations/findings.
- Providing input for debriefing meetings and if required, participate in the debriefing meetings
The Successful Applicant
At a minimum of 4 (Four) years' professional experience working in extensive and progressive experience related with advisory reviews in a multi-lateral development institution/organization government, private or civil society sector at the regional and international level.
Professionalexperience in quantitative and qualitative programmatic and analysisispreferable. Professionalexperience in HumanResources, Project and Contract Management, assessing Performance or Monitoring and Evaluationframeworks are desirable
