About Our Client
Our client is an international company.
This person will be responsible for :
Overseeing the on-boarding process and completing first day inductions :
Permit request - work contract - AVS and insurance suscribtion
Managing and owning the payroll process across the business globally for 150 employee's
Managing the probation review process, managing the maternity and paternity process and helping the Head of HR execute strategic HR projects.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have :
prior HR administration experience in Switzerland , ideally 4 years +.
a corporate sector background and a professional nature.
Payroll experience - would be a plus.
An excellent work ethic and an ability to work in an international team.
