About Our Client
My client is one of the main actors in its sector.
- orders management, from sales order entry to delivery
- handle customer enquiries such as pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.
- handle customer claims
- manage defective returns
- liaise with warehouses for shipping orders and receiving returns
- collaborate with various departments (Finance, Supply planning, Marketing)
- act as point of contact to the sales team
The Successful Applicant
- at least 2 years of experience in customer service within an international company
- fluent in German and English
- good knowledge of Oracle is a plus
