Our client is an international company in the pharmaceuticals sector.
Description du poste
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, by handling all operational and administrative activities related to customers,
- Anticipate and plan customer activities in accordance with internal resources, coordinate internal resources with other departments,
- Analyze actual processes, data and procedures and make propositions regarding their improvements and their compliance,
- Make sure that action plans regarding process improvements are rolled out appropriately and in a timely manner,
- Maintain and write reports on ongoing projects,
- Handle all administrative tasks linked to customer operations (such as orders and invoices) and project coordination (data entry for instance).
- 4 to 6 years of experience in project coordination in a customer operations environment,
- Experience in an international firm,
- Proficient in English (C1-C2 level), French and German are plus,
- Proficient in MS Office and analysis tools (Excel, ERP),
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with and lead teams,
- High analytical skills,
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle emergencies and priorities.
