Is there a chance to advance in this company? Am I worried about my job security? Is my salary indicative of the amount of work I put in? Has my private life suffered because of my job? Your answers to these questions should make it clear to you whether you need to look for a new position.

They can also make sure your CV is up-to-date, arrange interviews, and negotiate contracts.
