About our client:
Our client is a global IT Company establishing itself in Switzerland. For this challenging and interesting project we are looking for a Payroll Specialist Europe.
Description:
- Being responsible for collating and processing the data for the monthly payroll in coordination with different payroll companies throughout europe
- Processing of all external reporting requirements for payroll
- Coordination of all external payroll partners
- Closure of each tax year and delivery of all legislative forms relating to payroll and benefits
- Responding effectively and efficiently to all information requests from internal and external customers
- Ensuring accurate calculation of commissions and control
- Ensuring that payroll processes and controls are operated correctly and in accordance with company policies
- Ensuring that employee loans and advances are correctly controlled and managed
- Provision of payroll advice for the business
- Ad hoc support for payroll related initiatives and projects
Candidate profile:
- At least 2 years' experience of managing a big size payroll
- Experience of managing growing payrolls is an advantage
- Ideally experience in GL Accounting
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in attitude to working requirements
- Self motivated - comfortable in a multinational environment
- Fluency in English - Other European languages would be an advantage
