Description:
- Provide support to the consultants on all daily activities
- Conduct the meetings with professionals seeking career opportunities, in order to identify their needs, requirements and the level of experience
- Help developing the portfolio of candidate profiles
- Maintain the candidate/client database
- Source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Conduct market development and business researches
- Help identify the needs of the changing marker environment
Candidate profile:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
- Proven personal track record of success
- Ability to develop
- Entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding team-player skills
- Enthusiasm, drive and determination
- Being ambitious and a fast learner
- Fluency in German and English is a must, any further language is an asset.
