BUSINESS CONSULTANT, Finance Recruitment.
Description:
- Function as intermediary between companies seeking to recruit qualified speciallists and professionals looking for career opportunities;
- Administer and develop client/business portfolio in finance;
- Identify and enhance client business/relationship;
- Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment;
- Help establish productive long term relationships with financial professionals on the high level;
- Offer full support for professionals seeking new challenges by assessing their skills, background, goals and suitability for different positions or projects;
- Manage the process from the beginning to the end, having the professional ownership of the business.
Candidate profile:
- Degree of Higher Education in a business related field (Economics, Marketing, Sales, Finance or Human Resources)
- First work experience within an international business environment
- Extended knowledge in the global/local marked development and economy
- Ambitious and strong goal orientation
- Proven track record of success
- Outstanding entrepreneurial skills
- Strong team-playing and interpersonal skills
- Desire and ability to manage people, team leader personality
- Outstanding presentation and negotiaion skills
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory, other languages would be a strong advantage
