JUNIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F)
About our client:
Our client is a leading global player within its industry. For their international Headquarters based in Zurich, we are currently looking for a Junior HR Business Partner.
Description:
- Recruitment coordination and scheduling including: preparation of role profiles in partnership with recruiting line managers, making interview arrangements, maintaining and updating recruitment schedules, placing job advertisements and liaising with third party recruiters.
- Coordinating offers. Liaising with candidates in receipt of offers and communicating with line managers with regards to candidates acceptance and start date.
- Administration and coordination of the new hire integration process, follow up during trial period etc.
- General HR administration including candidate references
- Carry out project work within the HR department
- Raising purchase order requisitions for vendors and suppliers used by the HR department to ensure accurate billing for goods and service to facilitate
Candidate profile:
- Economic studies, specialization in HR is an asset
- Previous experience within an international company
- Fluent in Business English and German
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office Applications
- Interested in and familiar with HR database applications
- Service- and client-oriented
- Outgoing personality and international mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to set priorities
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think "outside the box"
