In our rapid expansion and the development of our success strategy, we are currently recruiting a Business Recruitment Consultant (M/F) for our office in Lausanne.
Description:
You will be responsible for maximising the profitability of your own specialist market. As well as benefiting from the support of an experienced team, you will need to use your professional sales skills to develop strong relationships with your client base and candidates. You will enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive, target-driven environment and being well-rewarded for your successes.
- Proactively developing relationships with your clients through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and providing a first-class recruitment service
- Identifying and developing new clients through commercial activity
- Extensive direct marketing of candidates and recruitment solutions to your clients
- Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find the right job for them
- Matching the best candidate to your jobs in a consultative, professional and efficient manner
Candidate profile:
- Previous professional experience in recruitment, sales or other another relevant field in the Finance, Medical, Industrial sector
- Ambition - you're blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit and a healthy competitive streak
- Communication skills - you are outgoing, friendly and able to relate to people from all walks of life
- Passion - you'll have natural ability to find proactive solutions and welcome challenges
- Confidence - you always stay calm, even under the most extreme pressure
- Determination - you believe in working hard and by the highest possible standards
- A talent for languages: English and French; any additional language is considered a strong advantage
