Business and Recruitment Consultant.
Description:
Working as Recruitment Consultant is an extremely challenging position. You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process from A to Z. We will give you the autonomy to make your own decisions and to develop your own market. Your extraordinary Sales skills will help you to establish strong relationships with your client as well as with your candidates. Through your ambitious and goal-driven personality you will have the possibility to grow within Page Personnel very fast and take on a leading role within a short period of time.
Among others, your responsibilities will include:
- Interviewing candidates and helping them to find the right job
- Identifying the client's recruitment needs and providing a consultative service to find the best candidate for them
- Identifying and developing new markets and clients through commercial activity
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates through regular face-to-face meetings and telephone contacts
- Creating job advertisements and handling general back office
- Be involved ion strategic decisions in order to expand the market in a smooth and fast way
Candidate profile:
Besides being an enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive person you need to bring the following attributes to be successful in this job:
- University graduation
- prerably first professional experience, in Sales, Finance, Banking and/or Recruiting
- Coming from competition would be an asset but not a requirement
- Fluent German and English, whereas knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- We need personalities with passion and an entrepreneurial spirit
- You bring along an outgoing personality with outstanding communication skills and you are able to talk with people at all levels
- You have strong organisational skills and even under pressure you are able to perform on highest standards
