About Our Client

For our client, a company located in the heart of Zurich that offers different services in the field of financial services, we are currently looking for a proactive and dynamic Team Assistant.

Job Description

  • Organization of meetings, international business travels and video conferences
  • Setting up internal events and workshops as well as external client events
  • Contact person for different external partners
  • Developing presentations and reports
  • Client contact via phone and email
  • Processing of expenses and arranging visa
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Close collaboration with other Assistants

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial apprenticeship or similar
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Team Assistant or an Executive Assistant in the financial industry
  • Familiar with the setup of a financial institution
  • Business fluent in German and English, French is a strong plus, any other language is an advantage
  • Affinity towards MS Office package
  • Focused, well organized, independent and accurate style of working
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and proactive personality
