About Our Client

Our client, a global player within the Pharma sector is urgently hiring an experienced HR associate to support HR Business Partners and the team with personnel matters. The successful candidate is familiar with HR processes within an international matrix organization and can be operational from the first day of work.

Job Description

  • Building good relationships with HR BPs and supporting them as needed
  • Supporting with the set-up of HR policies & procedures, time and attendance records
  • Supporting with selection, recruitment and retention of employees
  • Ensuring a smooth on- and off boarding of employees
  • Managing and correctly updating employee profiles within the ERP system
  • Making sure that HR policies are adhered to
  • Supporting with international relocation services
  • Administration of all HR matters (approvals, certifications, memos, etc.)
  • Preparing reports and statistics
  • Acting as first point of contact for internal as well as external partners

The Successful Applicant

  • Successful completion of a Commercial education, further education within HR is highly advantageous
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Assistant/Training & Development within a pharmaceutical environment
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Excellent IT skills: MS Office, ideally experience with SAP or HR-related databases
  • Proactive team-player and highly adaptable
  • Ability to be operational from the first day
  • Efficient and goal-oriented
