About Our Client

For our client, one of the most-loved retail brands based in Zurich city, we are urgently looking for a temporary Junior Customer Service Representative GER/ENG/FRE from September 1st to December 31th in order to support the international team during the peak season.

Job Description

- Customer contacts via e-mail and phone for inquiries in German, English and French
- Service to customers during order process, shipment and after service
- Answer customer questions relating to orders and products
- Help with customer service issues
- Close collaboration with other departments and daily interaction with other teams in Switzerland and abroad

The Successful Applicant

- Commercial education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English and French
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Outgoing, customer and service oriented personality
