About Our Client

Our client, a worldwide leader within the industrial sector is urgently looking for a flexible assistant to support the dispatch team with organizational tasks. The successful applicant has solid experience arranging complex international travels.

Job Description

* Coordinating complex flights on international scale
* Securing visas and managing travel documents
* Booking accommodation and ensuring seamless on-site transportation
* Acting as internal point of contact for any business-trip related queries
* Liaison between internal departments and local authorities
* Organizing meetings and setting up video-conferences
* General administrative support to the team

The Successful Applicant

* Successful completion of commercial education
* At least 2 years of relevant experience as Team Assistant/Travel Coordinator
* Fluent in English, German is an asset
* Good MS Office skills
* Positive-minded, versatile and stress-resistant
* High level of flexibility and ability to adapt promptly to changing priorities
