About Our Client

Our client is a multinational business with a big global presence. is seeking a HR Business Partner to support the HR Director and drive Learning & Development initiatives across. Our client will impletement a new L&D platform.

Job Description

L&D part :

- Manage the training budget
- Monitor training successes and area for improvements
- Put together training material and deliver when necessary
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement including employee surveys
- Induct new starters with training packs and orientation

Recruitment part :

- Support theline managers withtheirnewrequirements

- Manage the recruitment process from A to Z

Onboarding process management

The Successful Applicant

At least 5 year experience as an HR Business Partner

LMS knowledge is mandatory

English and French (Fluency)

ERP and Pack Office knowledge
