About Our Client

Our client, an innovative and fast growing company in the construction industry is looking for a french speaking sales administrator with a technical background.

Job Description

- Technical consultation of customers in French and/or English

- Order processing and maintenance of all customer and product related data in the ERP system

- Organising logistics and ensuring timely deliveries

- Processing customer reclamation's and finding constructive solutions

- Project management related tasks concerning the optimisation of processes within the sales department

- Ensuring all processes are in line with the company policy

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor degree or equivalent within a technical field

- Solid work experience in sales administration within a technical environment

- First hand experience within the construction sector and experience with CAD is a plus

- Fluency in French as well as good English and German skills are required

- Experience with ERP systems and IT affinity is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills, open and communicative personality

- Resilient and ambitious mindset
