About Our Client

Our client, an international company expanding its business, is currently looking for a hands-on Senior Assistant 60%, flexible with the working days, for a period of 3 months and possibility of extension.

Job Description

- Taking care of complex agenda management
- Organizing business trips, including flights, accommodation, taxi and so forth
- Scheduling and coordinating internal meetings, such as team meetings, board meetings and so forth
- Organizing external meetings, such as business appointments, lunches, seminars
- Taking care of the entire expense management
- Taking meeting minutes
- Supporting with the preparation of business relevant reports before meetings
- Office management (ordering office material and so forth)
- Preparing presentations and reports for business

The Successful Applicant

- Finished commercial education
- A minimum of 4 years experience as Assistant to Senior Level Management
- Experience in an international setting is a must
- Fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Motivated, committed to work, precise way of working
- Able to think outside the box and
