About Our Client

Our client is an international company.
He is looking for someone who will manage the coordination and control of the administrative processes within this team including also budgeting processes.

Job Description

You will be in charge of :
Managing information flow to and from the team ensuring that they get all the information on time.
Manages the regular procurement process when someone is hired, when a new contract is negotiated
Key point of contact for the coordination of invoices, procurement and capitalisation
Monitoring of performances against strategic objectives
Correction of reports and correspondence in English and French - using a very technical vocabulary

The Successful Applicant

Ability to be in contact with a diverse range of shareholders (including : HR - Procurement - IT and Finance departments)
Bachelor Degree in BA, economics or any related field
Desirable : Project management certification
Experience supporting high level teams
Working experience in a multicultural environment
Oracle knowledge will be a plus
Microsoft office expertise
