About Our Client

Our Client is a worldwide known company which is building its new Shared Services Centre in Warsaw and Piła. Due to the growth of its Payroll Team, currently we are looking for German speaking candidates to join their structures.

Job Description

Contact with German-speaking employees, resolving payroll enquires
Supporting Payroll Specialists from Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Collection of payroll data and ensuring accurate HR data entry
Maintaining and updating employee records
Preparing contracts and annexes to the employee agreements
Preparing statistics, calculating absences, overtime and holidays and other variables to ensure these are fully captured in the monthly payroll cycle
Preparing audit reports
Monthly reporting and preparing additional ad hoc payroll reports and analysis
Actively participating in payroll process improvements

The Successful Applicant

Experience in Payroll area (preferably SSC/BPO sector)
Knowledge of local country payroll legislation (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is required
Fluent German and very good English
Good command of MS Office
Good command of ERP (PeopleSoft) will be an asset
Detailed-orientated, ability to manage deadlines
Positive attitude, good communication skills
