About Our Client
Our client is an international company active in the education field.
The HR Administration Assistant administers employee health, welfare and pension plans in Europe. This position requires an excellent knowledge and experience of the Swiss legislation. The position acts as a liaison between employees and Swiss authorities. The person in charge will deal with: payroll, sickness, allowances, holidays, accidents, absences and pension plan. He/she will be the direct point of contact towards the employees of the company regarding HR, administration and legal matters. The position is operational. It is a working in pairs with the HR Director position.
The Successful Applicant
The suitable candidate must have the following requirements. He/she must have the Swiss HR Certificate. He/she has at least 5 years of experience in HR Administration, including payrolling. The candidate is perfectly fluent in English and in French. We are looking for someone who have the following personality traits: open-minded, international, hands-on, adaptable, polyvalent.
