About Our Client
Our client is an international company in the FMCG sector.
- Order processing,
- Order follow-up,
- Coordination with the warehouse located in Asia,
- Coordination with the finance and logistics team regarding orders,
- Handle customer's requests and complains until delivery of the product.
The Successful Applicant
- CFC employé(e) de commerce,
- About five years of experience in Customer Service,
- Bilingual German and English, French is a plus,
- Customer-oriented, autonomous and proactive,
- Experience of an ERP is a must, Oracle is a plus,
- Available immediately.
