About Our Client

Our client is a multinational company in the manufacturing industry.

Job Description

- Manage administrative activities related to the department of Sales,

- Handle the archiving and scanning of documents and update the database and the internal documents,

- Organise the business trips of the Head of Sales and organise his meetings,

- In charge of administering the customer's documents and follow-up on their files,

- Actively participate in the organising of external events,

- Responsible for office management related to the Sales department and to the arrival of customers.

The Successful Applicant

To be a suitable candidate, you must:

- have around 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant,

- have a CFC d'employé(e) de commerce,

- be trilingual in English, French and German (C1 levels minimum),

- be organised, proactive, customer-oriented, adaptable and have a great presentation,

- be available to start working immediately (tomorrow).
