About Our Client
Our client is an international organisation.
Your main duties under the supervision of the project manager will be :
Identify and document significant project events, and deviations
Contribute to the development of different projects under the program by selecting and summarizing background information, assessing the requirement for the planning and administration of projects, and drafting segments of project initiation documents.
Prepare documentation and compile information in support of the development, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of program; perform a range of administrative actions with regards to the implementation of the program.
Collect data, produce and develop reports, statistics and summaries of information on program.
Contribute to the preparation of reports for the program, including drafting, reviewing and revising sections or portions of project documents.
Provide administrative support in organizing and scheduling meetings including setting up appointments, distributing meeting documents, arranging meeting rooms, drafting and distributing minutes of meetings.
The Successful Applicant
First-leveluniversitydegree in public administration, business management, or arelatedfield.
Relevantprofessionalexperienceincludingexperienceobtainedatthe internationallevel andexperience inproject orprogram management.
Experiencewiththe administrationoffinancialmatters, data collection andanalysis.
Excellent research and analytical skills
