Job Description

Contributed to the creation and implementation of new incentives programs
- Helped developing, deploy and administer effective sales compensation plans
- Organised training and presentation sessions for the EM EA sales and HR teams
- Produced and update engaging quick reference cards, decks, policies, bonus calculators
- Partner closely with top management to identify new strategies
- Complete remuneration surveys input materials
Management Information:
- Produce meaningful management information, reports and analysis to inform decisions for the
senior EM EA and Regional HR Management, EM EA general and retail management, including:
 Headcount and human capital analysis
 Quarterly reports on sales performance and compensation analysis for EM EA
 Develop and implement new tools to track the recruitment activities across Europe

The Successful Applicant

University degree.
Up to 2 years experience as junior C&B Specialist
Excellent skills on Excel
Fluency in English
SAP excellent knowledge
