About Our Client

Our client is one of the global players within the health care sector and is now urgently looking for a highly versatile administrative assistant who can start immediately to support senior management with the daily business.

Job Description

* Coordinating internal & external meetings for senior managers and taking minutes if necessary
* Booking flights on international scale and preparing travel documents (visa, etc.)
* Reserving accommodation and arranging transportation
* Setting up conferences across different time zones
* Organizing internal events (summer party, incentive trips, business lunches etc.)
* Compiling reports and distributing within the team as per request
* Dealing with external/internal calls, international email correspondence and post
* Verifying purchase orders and preparing expense reports
* Supporting with the introduction of new team members
* Filing of confidential documents
* Ensuring that office supplies are readily available

The Successful Applicant

* Successful commercial education or similar
* At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position
* English and German excellent spoken and written
* Excellent user of MS Office tools, knowledge of SAP is a plus
* Good multitasker and ability to set priorities
* Strong communication skills
* Willing to go the extra mile
