About Our Client

Our client is an international company based in Geneva.

Job Description

* Manage New Hire and Termination processes
* Coordinate the work permit process, be in contact with local authorities & lawyers as necessary
* General HR administration (prepare & issue HR documents, such as contracts, confirmation letters, work certificates, anniversary cards etc.), responsible for HR related invoices
* Responsible for correct data in our HR database as well as the electronic employee files
* Participate in special projects as required, such as organizing training events
* Answer daily questions from employees

The Successful Applicant

* 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (dynamic environment, if possible in an international company)
* HR Swiss knowledge mandatory
* You pay attention to detail and are used to work with confidential and sensitive data

* Customer focus and approachability are important for this position as well as interpersonal communication skills

* You are able to work under pressure and like to work in a team
* At ease with IT systems and tools, you have good professional knowledge in HR data tools as well as in Microsoft Office
* You are fluent in French and English
