About Our Client

For our client, an international Bank based in Zurich, we are immediately looking for an HR Specialist

Job Description


  • Direct support of the Head HR in daily operations
  • Processing all On-boarding and off-boarding of hires
  • Support in global and local HR projects
  • Optimization of processes and organizational performance
  • Maintaining quality standards and checking implementation of guidelines
  • Preparation of monthly payroll mutations

The Successful Applicant


  • Immediately available
  • Commercial education with further education in the field of HR or Bachelor/Master in a respective field
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in the Swiss market
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fast and precise style of working
  • Resilient, independent, driven and hands-on personality
