About Our Client

Our client is a corporate company with subsidiaries based all around the world and continues to grow.
They are now in a position to roll out their engagement and development work, which will help them attract to and retain their great employees.

Job Description

*Design the employee engagement survey
*Direct line management of the HR Policy Advisor
*Ensure employee engagement programmes and initiatives are coordinated and communicated in a professional and timely manner.
*Lead the staff survey role out, including post survey activities and audit.
*Working with our internal Marketing and Communications team, develop and deliver internal communications strategies and plans that align, engage and inspire employees, driving an understanding of the strategic plan and key priorities.
*Establish feedback mechanisms which assist in understanding if engagement activities are being understood and appropriate and make recommendations based on such feedback.
*To develop the HR elements of CSR, including encouraging applications from people with disabilities and working with other stakeholders, internal and external to make this happen
*Be the 'liaison' with the HRIS team to produce essential and value added HR reports to meet HR and business needs.
*Implementation of the best practices and tools

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor and Master in HR
3 to 5 year experience in the HR environment
Your English is not fluent
Self-motivated, proactive and committed to continuous improvement,
Good time management and organisational and planning skills.
Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation and HR procedures and policies
Excellent Project Management Skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Project (or similar) and HR Systems
Accurate keyboard skills recognising the need for attention to detail
Knowledge and understanding of research and data presentation techniques
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret statistics.
A broad understanding of all areas of HR and their interactivity.
