About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing, leading global specialist in focusing on financial, investment and legal professionals. We are looking for the Zurich based office for a driven and positive candidate to join the international team as HR & Payroll Specialist.
- Develop and manage the payroll and accounting services team
- Managing the client relationships for payroll and domestic accounting services
- Your responsibilities will include the managing of the internal payroll
- Identify improvements in internal processes are part of your job
- Preparation of financial statements and assistance in the pricing of new business proposals
- You will make sure that client deadlines and deliverables are met on time
The Successful Applicant
- You have at least some years of experience in Swiss payroll
- Knowledge of Swiss GAAP
- Your English and German level is fluent and you feel comfortable working in either language, knowledge of French is a plus
- You have knowledge of the Swiss employment laws and the social insurance
- Managing a small team is something you already did or you are ready to take the next step to do so.
