About Our Client

Our client in the non for profit industry is urgently looking to employ an HR Officer to join their team of professionals in Geneva.

Job Description

As HR Officer you will be required to:
To support the Senior HR Director in managing and enhancing the Scheme's Corporate Services by practising sound people management.
The HR Officer will provide support to the Senior Manager : Human Capital through the following Key Performance Areas in the 8 countries they are based.
Attraction, recruitment and selection of competent and experienced employees
On boarding of newly appointed employees
Coordination of training and development to ensure growth and development of employees
Co-ordinate implementation of HR Policies
Update and implement Organisational Structure

The Successful Applicant

At least a 3 year Degree, Diploma or in Human Resources
At least 3-5 years work experience
Excellent team work skills
Ability to provide advice and engage with various stakeholders
Knowledgeable on Project Management and effective report writing skills
Self-starter who is able to work independently
English (Fluent) - French (a plus)
