Job Description

Work with internal departments to coordinate all calendar invites between the team and external candidates for recruitment interviews (virtual and on-site)
Organize candidate travel and lodging
Provide administrative support to the Associate HR Manager of Talent Acquisition
Respond to candidate application inquiries via phone and e-mail
Set-up and proctor online or on-site Assessment Exams
Post and maintain open positions on job boards as needed
Enter invoices in SAP for payment

The Successful Applicant

1-2 years of Admin support in a business/professional environment, ideally support an HR Department or Team
Fluent in English with good level (c1) French
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication (oral and written)
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel (MS Office) skills
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and manage time and deadlines effectively
Proactive, self-starter attitude
Ability to work independently
Team player
