Job Description

- Provide administrative support to several managers

- Manage complex travel arrangements

- Manage phone and email, including screening calendar requests and calls, and using excellent judgment when responding to a variety of requests

- Compose, proof, and edit correspondence and other documents for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, and content

- Undertake other duties and projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

- Highly organized and able to anticipate, plan and prioritize

- Strong verbal and communication skills

- Fluent in French and English

- Able to work indenpendently

- Great knowledge in Microsoft Office
