About Our Client

Our client, an international company in the Healthcare industry, is looking for an experienced Assistant to the CEO. It is a challenging and interesting opportunity for an assistant willing to develop. The company has a long tradition and belongs to the big players of the healthcare industry.

Job Description

- Support the CEO in day to day business and act as his right hand

- Optimize calendar and agenda management to facilitate the CEO's daily planning

- Manage correspondence, coordinate daily incoming and outgoing post

- Prepare presentations with Power Point for internal meetings (Board meetings, company presentations) and external meetings

- Prepare confidential documentation and weekly reports in English and German to update the CEO on happenings in the business

- Take and complete minutes during meetings

- Coordinate all travels and make appropriate reservations (obtaining Visa, Permit requirements, booking flights)

- Manage monthly expenses

- Support budget planning

- Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects

The Successful Applicant

- Commercial apprenticeship, degree in Business Administration or similar education

- A minimum of 3 years of assistance experience

- Fluent in English and German, French is a Plus

- Excellent MS Office knowledge required

- Great organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
