About Our Client

Our client is a FMCG company based in Geneva.

Job Description

* reporting to organization HR directors and the VP HR executives, managing the calendar, scheduling and confirming appointments
* making travel arrangements and booking executive accommodations for directors and processing expenses
* developing documents and resources including presentations for meetings as required - on PowerPoint
* communicating with employees and clients of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
* organizing workshop and training sessions from a logistics point of view (catering . meeting rooms . hotel booking ...)
* directing phone calls and taking messages as needed

The Successful Applicant

* Minimum W years experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant directly for directors/C-execs
* MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent grammar/typing proficiency
* Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
