Job Description

- You will assist team members with day to day administrative tasks (coordinating marketing project s and activities as requested).
- Setting up tracking systems for different event campaigns and track projects
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of communication campaigns
- Booking venues and accommodation
- Ordering materials
- Maintaining databases
- Administrative Support to marketing team

The Successful Applicant

At least 5 year experience in a similar role
Experience in biotech and pharma will be a plus
Detail oriented and self motivated
Fluency in English
Graphic design program is a plus
Team spirit oriented
