About Our Client

Our client, an international player in his field of expertise, is currently looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant to the HR Team for a period of 2-4 months with possibility of being extended.

Job Description

- Hands-on support to the HR Team
- Organizing and coordinating travel (booking flights, trains, hotels, etc.)
- Planning and setting up video and telephone conferences on national and international scale
- Preparing relevant documents throughout the hiring process
- Coordinating interviews between agencies, candidates and hiring managers
- Preparing contracts and work certificates
- Taking care of various invoices
- Filing and archiving
- Additional support with regards to ad-hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

- Finished commercial education
- At least 2 years of assistant experience in an international surrounding, knowledge of HR is a plus
- Fluent in English, German/French is a plus
- Proficient MS Office user
- Strong coordination skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
- Hands-on, dynamic, motivated and able to hit the ground running
- Solution-oriented, quick learner and thriving to go the extra mile
