About Our Client

Our client, an international company and a prominent player located in the area of Zug is now looking for a well-organized Executive Assistant to support senior level management with the smooth running of the business as well as private matters.

Job Description

- Supporting C level management both in business and private matters
- Managing the busy agenda of the senior management
- Arranging international travel, including visas and organizing accommodation
- Organizing internal as well as external events
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
- Preparing relevant documents (presentations, reports, expenses, etc.)
- Taking care of email correspondence and answering incoming calls
- Serving as internal point of contact and liaising with staff at all levels

The Successful Applicant

- Completed commercial education, higher education is a plus
- At least 3 years administrative / assistant experience within an international environment
- Assistant experience in Switzerland needed
- Fluent in English, German and Russian is a requirement
- Excellent user of MS Office tools
- Committed and being available to support also weekends - if required
- Good multitasker, being able to set priorities and willing to go the extra mile
- Autonomous worker who is able to quickly integrate into a multicultural team
