About Our Client

Our client, a large player within the health care sector is currently looking for an assistant who can start immediately. The successful candidate is highly tech savvy and has former experience within the document management & control field.

Job Description

  • Updating training manuals and supporting with the organization of courses within the Learning Management System
  • Maintaining databases such as Successfactors, Documentum and Intalio
  • Creating overview of training schedules
  • Generating and maintaining various documents (Excel lists, presentations, training reports, etc.)
  • Coordinating and tracking of key project documents
  • Managing archives
  • Assuring that the quality assurance system is accurate and up to date
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the local and global teams
  • Providing general administrative support as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as an Assistant specializing in documentation management
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Highly proficient IT skills, including technical writing, use of Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word as well as knowledge of various databases
  • Fast-learner with ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Taking on responsibility and respecting strict deadlines
