Job Description

- Assist the team on global tasks

- Assist the associate on daily tasks

- PPT presentation

- Correspondances and project coordination

- Prepare and organize files

- Managing accounts opening

The Successful Applicant

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant in a similar function (Trust company, Bank)

- Bilingual in French and English with an excellent level both orally and in written

- Good organizational skills

- Rigourous and curious, you can adapt yourself easily in a team and prioritize

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Outlook)
