About Our Client
For our client, a fast paced multinational company, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk & Office Administration 60-100% to start as soon as possible.
- Entering AP invoices and payments
- Contact vendors regarding New Suppliers Forms
- Run the reports to make the VAT/ Tax returns and prepare them
- Compliance support
- Assist the Payroll run for different countries
- Support on general office administration tasks
The Successful Applicant
- KV education (commercial apprenticeship).
- Ideally you have experience supporting an Accounting/ Finance department.
- English advanced level is required, German is a valuable asset.
- Good command of MS Office, experience working with Oracle is desirable.
- Immediately available or in a short time.
We are looking for an extremely flexible person, customer service oriented, very organised and with the ability to multi-task. You should be able to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment, working well under pressure.
