About Our Client

Our client, an international company we are looking for an "Accounting Assistant (M/F)" for their office in the canton Schwyz. We are seeking for a flexible teamplayer, preferably available as soon as possible.

Job Description

  • Supporting of the assistant financial controller (reconciliations, VAT & overdue receivable collections)
  • Supporting of the sales ledger ( Coding, collecting and controlling of sales invoices and credit notes)
  • Preparing ofthe customer billings as well as cashbook data for the computerised generalledger
  • Preparing o fweekly and monthly expense reports
  • Registration of invoices and credit notes
  • Monthly cashbook / bank statement controls
  • Perfoming special projects together with the controlling team

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial training with ideally a further education in finance and accounting
  • 2-3 years Experience within finance and accounting
  • Business fluent in German and very good knowledge in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge in an ERP system; Oracle would be an advantage
  • Personality: Communicative, Team Player, analytical, reliable
